Anyone who is hosting a sheepdog trial in England, Ireland, Scotland or Wales can register as a user and register a trial, which will appear on the trials diary. Details will be sent to the ISDS so they can add it to their website and the Farmers Guardian so it will be in their weekly publication. 

The aim of WorkingSheepDogs.co.uk is to have a single place where all sheepdog trials, from beginners, nursery, novice, opens to the nationals, the International and the World Trial will be in one place. A quick and easy place for everyone to go to get results for the most recent trials as well as keeping a historical record. It’s a great way to advertise your trial and ensure as many people as possible know about it. 

Currently you cannot add photos, however, you can do a writeup telling people what happened. We hope to develop it so that photos can be added but bear with us. The writeups will be sent to the Farmers Guardian to decide what they want to put in their publication.

We are looking at how we can make it easy for individuals to see all of their results and all of the results of their dogs. If you provide your ISDS registration number then we will be able to make all of your results linked to you. Equally, if you provide your dogs ISDS registration number to the host of the trial they will be able to add the information to results to give a record of trials you have been placed at. If the host has not provided the information to WorkingSheepDogs.co.uk then you can email us trials@workingsheepdogs.co.uk and we will add the information on. We may even start a leaderboard for the best performing dogs. You can also contact us by clicking the Contact Us page.

No, you only need to register if you want to add a trial to the diary or receive updates about new trials and results. You can view the trials diary without registering. 

We started the trials diary with information which was available. It is very possible there are errors. Moving forwards our aim is that people can log on, add trials themselves and manage the information, including the input of results and write ups about the trials. However, as we had to start by inputting the information ourselves for the trials in May, June and July it may be that you need to email us or fill in the form on the Contact Us page. emails should be sent to trials@workingsheepdogs.co.uk Please send us results and we will keep the information as up to date as we can.
